Article 1: Scope

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the Le Gall Consulting network. Any individual or legal entity making a purchase from Le Gall Consulting through our secure payment platform, or by check or cash, is considered a "customer".

Article 1a: Age Limitation

Age limitations apply: Le Gall Consulting accepts customers over 16 years old (for physical and electronic products) and over 18 years old (for services: coaching, workshops, seminars). We make every effort to restrict access to our websites, products, and services to minors. Although the content of our products and services is not shocking in nature, we prefer to address a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world. Anyone subscribing to the newsletter who does not meet these criteria (age over 16) will be immediately removed from our database once this fact is brought to our attention. Similarly, any customer not meeting these criteria will be immediately refunded, and return of the product(s) in question will be required.

Article 2: Order

Any order placed on a website owned by Le Gall Consulting implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Article 3: Prices

Prices are listed in Dollars (USD). The price of items may be changed at any time. However, the rate applied to an order will be the one announced at the time of the order.

We’re committed to your success. If our program doesn’t deliver the results you expect, here’s how to get a full refund:

• Timing

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately upon the date of the order, including for pre-order products. You can make payment by credit card. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside of France must be international credit cards (Mastercard or Visa). We do not accept American Express. Secure online payment by credit card is made through the Stripe company. The information transmitted is encrypted by software in accordance with industry standards and cannot be read during transport on the network. Any guarantee regarding the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of the Stripe company and cannot be attributed to us.

Article 5: Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you provided during your order (therefore, please pay particular attention to the spelling of the address you enter, especially the postal code). The risks are your responsibility from the date on which the ordered products leave our premises. However, in the event of a lost package, we will make every effort to ensure that you still receive your product or that you are refunded according to your warranty.

Article 6: Protection of Personal Data

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify any personal data concerning you. We declare all our files to the National Commission for Data Protection and Liberties (CNIL). By agreeing to these general terms and conditions of sale, you acknowledge having read our personal data protection policy and consent to us collecting and using this data. By entering your email address on one of our network sites, you will receive emails containing information and/or promotional offers regarding products published by Le Gall Consulting or by other partners.
