By accepting these T&Cs, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by them in full.

2. Services Provided The Company provides personal coaching services aimed at helping clients achieve their relationship and personal development goals. The services are offered in packages or as individual sessions, depending on the selected program. The details of each service are clearly communicated directly during the free consultation clients have before choosing which paid packages they want to purchase.

3. Pricing and Payment All prices for coaching services are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Full payment must be made prior to the start of any coaching program, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments are accepted via secure payment gateways such as credit cards or other electronic payment methods specified at the time of purchase.

Payment Plans Available: If clients are unable to pay the full amount upfront, we offer payment plan options to allow them to begin their coaching program. These are payment facilities designed to make our services more accessible, not subscription-based services. Payment plan terms and schedules will be agreed upon in writing before the commencement of coaching.

4. Duration of the Coaching Program The coaching program's duration will be agreed upon at the time of purchase. Most programs are designed to last for a set period, typically 3 months. The Company reserves the right to make changes to the duration if mutually agreed upon in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities The Client agrees to actively participate in all coaching sessions and complete all action items provided by the coach. The Client understands that results depend on their commitment to implementing the strategies discussed during coaching.

6. Disclaimer The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes or results as personal development and relationships are highly individualized processes. The coaching services are not a substitute for therapy, legal advice, or medical treatment. The Company’s role is to guide the Client through best practices and proven strategies; however, the Client is ultimately responsible for their progress.

7. No Satisfaction Guarantee or Money-Back Policy

The Company does not offer any satisfaction guarantee or money-back guarantee on its coaching services and support programs.

Once payment has been made and services have commenced, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

-Dissatisfaction with the content or delivery of services

-Change of mind or personal circumstances

-Inability to attend scheduled sessions

-Lack of results or expected outcomes

-Any other reason

8. Nature of Services

Coaching and support programs are professional services based on:

-Personalized guidance and advice

-Time and expertise commitment from the coach

-Customized content and strategies

-Interactive and collaborative processes

The results of coaching depend on multiple factors, including the client's commitment, engagement, and implementation of recommended strategies. The Company cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.

9. Intellectual Property All materials provided during coaching (including but not limited to written documents, videos, and recordings) remain the intellectual property of the Company. The Client agrees not to distribute, reproduce, or share these materials without prior written consent from the Company.

10. Limitation of Liability The Company will not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or inconveniences caused by the use or misuse of its services. The Company’s total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the services provided will be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the coaching program.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These T&Cs are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Poland.
